This ministry has been established to insure that our fellow parishioners who are not able to attend Mass will not be forgotten but will receive Holy Communion and prayers on a monthly basis from our volunteers in this ministry.  This ministry also serves those in nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the parish territory.
