Marriage Preparation:
Couples planning marriage should contact the parish as soon as they become engaged because at least six months is ordinarily necessary to fulfill marriage preparation requirements. At least one party must be a registered, participating member of the parish. The first step is for both parties to attend the Marriage Information Meeting on the fourth Thursday of most months at 6:30 p.m. Next meeting: January 26th at 6:30 p.m. After that meeting, contact Debbie for an appointment with one of the priests. Important: Those with prior marriages, religious or civil, must make an appointment with a priest prior to attending the Marriage Information Meeting to determine freedom to marry.
